4. Check if you see a folder named com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAMHM in sdcard/android/data folder and there should be a files folder in that folder.
5. Download the cache and extract it
6. Copy everything inside files folder (within the extracted cache) and place it in sdcard/android/data/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAMHM /files folder. (If there is no files folder in sdcard/android/data/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAMHM , then create one yourself.
